FREQUENT-FLIER PROGRAM CONFERENCE

Nicholas last spoke at Airline Information‘s Frequent-Flier Program (FFP) Conference in Los Angeles on October 22-23, 2009. He participated in a panel on the need for loyalty programs’ management to listen to their best customers when making decisions, along with Brett Snyder, who writes the “Cranky Flier” blog. In addition, Nicholas moderated the conference’s closing panel with travel industry executives on the challenges they face during a global recession.
Nicholas has also spoken about diplomacy and international relations, as well as his experience traveling around the world with four U.S. secretaries of state, at events hosted by the World Affairs Councils of America, the American Foreign Service Association and others.
